Gignoskein Support
It is our desire and endeavor that as our
customer, you enjoy the best use of our products. We realize though,
that because of the nature of our products, there may be instances
where our customers have issues of a technical nature.
Therefore, Gignoskein offers free technical support to our customers
as a way of ensuring a high-quality user
experience. Technical support services are available Monday through
Friday, 8:00AM through 5:00PM, GMT +2 (that is Eastern Standard Time
plus 7 hours). These services are not available during (United
States) holidays. Please submit support requests via email to Dimitris.Kotzakolios@gmail.com.
Include a brief but detailed description of your need for
assistance, including your software operating system or FTP and
cPanel login information. Support requests are answered in the order in which they are
received and, in most cases, can be resolved immediately. We
appreciate your patience in dealing with any issues that may require
a more in-depth approach, and assure you that we are working to
resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We
want your service experience to be nothing short of exceptional, and
we will endeavor to make it so.
